Set of 3 bars, made of Aluminium. Transit has a roof load limit of 155kg when 3 roof carry bars are folded up and 100kg when 2 roof carry bars are folded up (max. load includes weight of carry bars)*.
*Transit roof load limits of 155 kg when 3 roof bars are folded up and 100 kg when 2 roof bars folded up includes weight of roof accessories. Roof cargo loaded should be reduced as necessary to account for accessory weight. Load must be evenly distributed on the crossbars. See Owner's Manual for details.

The cargo tie-down rings slide along the rail to form multiple lashing points in any position.

3. Load space of the Transit Custom Trend LWB is 6.0 cu.m. VDA is the method determined by filling the load space with ‘litre’ blocks, each measuring 200x100x50mm. The blocks are then counted and the numerical result is converted into cubic meters.
4. Maximum payload for Sport Short Wheelbase Van. Subject to State and Territory regulations. Payload is defined as the Gross Vehicle Mass minus the kerb weight. Payload is the maximum combined value of any load transported by the vehicle including but not limited to occupants, cargo, added options, added structures and tow ball download (when towing). GVM must not be exceeded.
5. A compatible tow pack rated to or above the published maximum braked towing capacity is required to achieve the vehicle’s maximum braked towing capacity. Please note: the Ford genuine towbar for Transit Custom is rated to 2,500kg only. Subject to State and Territory regulations. To comply with regulations and vehicle GCM and GVM limits, the weight of any load transported by the vehicle may need to be restricted. For further details regarding load weight restrictions, please consult your authorised Ford Dealer and / or refer to the Owner’s Manual.
Intuitive driver assistance
The Transit Custom van is equipped with advanced driver tech, including a 180-degree split view rear camera, front and rear parking sensors, Reverse Brake Assist6 7 and Lane Keeping Aid6, all designed to keep you and your cargo secure.
6. Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. May not operate at certain speeds, or in certain driving, road or weather conditions. See Owner’s Manual for more information.
